Halley Lift 0.4.1: ready for Halley 0.9

Lift 0.4.1 updates the Halley API dependency for Halley 0.9, restoring streamed window and cluster updates with private IPC 28.

Lift 0.4.1 is the companion update for Halley 0.9. Its updated API dependency decodes the current subscription snapshots, so live window and cluster updates use the event stream instead of falling back to polling.

Search, launching, keyboard editing, appearance and configuration retain the 0.4.0 behavior. Existing configuration files are preserved.
