Use this as the section shape when editing halley.rune.

`overlay-fps`	bool	`false`	Shows a small top-left FPS HUD for render diagnostics.
`show-ring-when-resizing`	bool	`true`	Controls whether focus-ring config-change previews stay visible while resizing or reloading focus-ring settings.
