Use this as the section shape when editing halley.rune.

`show-focus-ring`	bool	`false`	Keeps the focus ring visible; config changes still preview it briefly.
`overlay-fps`	bool	`false`	Shows a live per-output FPS chip and keeps unlocked outputs repainting.
