Automatic collapse timing inside and outside the focus ring.

Default Config Shape

Use this as the section shape when editing halley.rune.

Option	Type	Default	Notes
`enabled`	bool	`true`	Enables automatic decay into nodes.
`outside-delay-seconds`	u64	`180 (fresh config: 600)`	Fresh configurations use 10 minutes outside the focus ring. Existing explicit values remain unchanged; omitting decay retains the built-in 180-second delay.
`inside-delay-seconds`	u64	`1800 (fresh config: 5400)`	Fresh configurations use 90 minutes inside the focus ring. Existing explicit values remain unchanged; omitting decay retains the built-in 1800-second delay.
